Job summary

PT Mandiri International Technology is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to analyze testing requirements and design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend apps. You will identify defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance testing frameworks.

RPA support and CI/CD integration are part of the role. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS or related field, QA internship or bootcamp experience, and proficiency in tools like Selenium, UFT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable university.
• Experience in QA Internship or graduates of QA Automation & Programming Bootcamp.
• Capable of creating Automation Scripts.
• Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Familiar with programming languages and scripting (such as .NET and/or VBScript).
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to Contract and WFO (Jakarta).
• Preferred: Automation Testing experience in Banking industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze testing requirements based on business and technical specifications.

• Maintain and enhance existing automation testing frameworks and scripts.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test execution reports, and testing documentation.
• Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
• Monitor test execution results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
• Support RPA initiatives to improve testing efficiency and business process automation.
• Ensure testing activities comply with quality standards, security, and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain and enhance existing automation testing frameworks and scripts.


• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test execution reports, and testing documentation.


• Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.


• Monitor test execution results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.


• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to improve testing efficiency and business process automation.


• Ensure testing activities comply with organizational quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university


• Experience in QA Internship, Graduate of QA Automation & Programming Bootcamp


• Capable of creating Automation Scripts


• Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium


• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism


• Familiar with programming languages and scripting (such as .NET and/or VBScript)
