Job summary

Comcore Teknologi Indonesia seeks a seasoned Quality Management Lead to oversee supplier and incoming quality, drive SPC-based improvements, and ensure conformance to ISO 9001/14001/45001 across the energy meter products. You will manage audits, train teams, and coordinate across departments to uphold stringent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education background in engineering or management-related major, bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrate quality management with QA principles, QC systems, and SPC methodologies.
• Well-trained in international, industry, and company standards related to electric meters.
• Solid knowledge of energy meter technology, operating principles, and product quality requirements.
• Hands-on experience and training in quality management methodologies, including 8D, MSA, APQP, FMEA, and SPC.
• Professional quality certifications or qualifications recognized by accredited institutions.
• Proficient in applying the Five Core Quality Tools and Seven QC Tools to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills across departments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• formally trained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and performance management programs.
• Strong knowledge of quality management tools and Seven QC Tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of international, industry, and company standards for electric meter products.
• Training in energy meter technology, working principles, and product applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead incoming quality management plan and supplier inspection; drive improvements.
• Monitor and control process changes, problem handling, and improvement actions.
• Set and conduct process/ output spot-checks; push problem solution.
• Organize continuous quality improvement across the full production flow.
• Understand, transfer and apply customer quality standards.
• Deal with customer complaints; organize teams to analyze, take corrective/preventive actions, and report (8D).
• Form lessons learned from complaints and solidify actions.
• Settle quality control process and push its implementation.
• Audit factory management system; ensure status of implementation.
• Be responsible for audits by customer, third party and public institute.
• Control documents and review factory files for changes.
• Set up organizational structure, responsibilities and KPI; guide and assess.
• Provide guidance, training and incentives to quality team.
