Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia seeks a Quality Manager for a transformer systems manufacturing client in Indonesia. You will lead the new quality team, align processes with European benchmarks, and drive compliance with local regulations.

The role focuses on establishing an Integrated Management System, ongoing improvement, and close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and suppliers to ensure top quality and regulatory conformity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in engineering-to-order (ETO) environments, energy solutions or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a new quality management team with focus on recruiting and development.
• Develop and implement an Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production to support meeting European quality expectations.
• Develop and enforce Supplier Quality Management (SQM) strategies.
• Align quality activities with Engineering, Purchasing and other units; ensure seamless integration.
• Implement risk management and non-conformance reporting (8D, RCA, FMEA).
• Provide transparent quality reporting to stakeholders and customers.
• Develop training and competence programs for the quality team.
