Job summary

PT Mitra Solusi Telematika (MST) is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for project-based work. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience across multiple projects, including mobile apps (iOS and Android) and SAP/ERP integrations.

You will develop detailed test plans, execute various tests (system integration, regression, UAT, smoke), report defects clearly, and contribute to quality assurance processes in an Agile environment. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience across multiple projects.
• Minimum 3 years as IT consultant experience.
• 2-3 years QA on mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience QA with integration to SAP, external applications, ERP systems.
• 2-3 years experience in customer presentations, problem solving, and technical writing.
• Experience as System Analyst or technical lead.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Understanding of SDLC and test life cycle.
• Experience as QA or UAT tester.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Expert in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet quality standards and prevent defects.
• Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Create clear bug reports.
• Design test strategy.
• Conduct system integration tests, regression tests, UAT, smoke tests, and production tests.
• Create technical documents, training materials, user guides, and post-development documents.

Quality Assurance Analyst (Project Based)

Experience Quality Assurance with multi project over 5 years.

Have working experience in IT Consultant Company min 3 years.

Experience Quality Assurance with project mobile apps iOS responsive and android at least 2-3 Years

Experience Quality Assurance with project many integration other system SAP, external application, ERP system or else

Experience Quality Assurance presentation with customer, problem handling and technical writer at least 2-3 Years

Experience as a System Analyst or technical leader

Solid understanding of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle and test life cycle.

Experience as Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Tester.

Experience working in an Agile ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet or exceed established quality standards. Their primary goal is to prevent defects, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well structured test plans and test cases.

Create clear and concise bug reports.

Design proper test strategy.

Conduct and lead system Integration Test, regression test, User Acceptance Test, smoke testing, production test run, and any cycle testing.

Create technical document, material training, user guide and any document after development
