PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) seeks a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer who can operate in English to join our QA team. The role favors candidates with at least 2 years in QA, and a background in testing mobile, web, and API platforms.

You will create and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, and reports, collaborate with developers and product managers, and ensure adherence to QA processes, AML/KYC, and data privacy standards in a banking-related context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS, finance, business, or related field.
• Experience testing banking sector, mobile, web and API platforms a plus.
• Strong English communication to collaborate with team members.
• Proven experience with manual QA testing and test documentation.
• Knowledge of test planning, design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Awareness of AML, KYC and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual QA testing for mobile, web and API platforms.

Junior Quality Assurance Engineer - English Speaker

Experience with minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance Field

A bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, business, or a related field is often preferred.

Have testing experience in banking sectors, Mobile, Web and API Platform will be plus point

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members.

Proven experience in manual QA testing methodologies and processes.

Proficiency in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

Knowledge of software testing principles, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data privacy
