Job summary

PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) in Jakarta Pusat seeks a QA Tester to ensure applications meet business and functional requirements. You will develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases, and document defects.

You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to investigate issues, support test execution, and contribute to quality standards while maintaining testing documentation and evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, software engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating test scenarios, cases, plans, and documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Having minimum 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance are preferred.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical testing capabilities.
