Job summary

PT Askara Internal is seeking a detail-oriented QMS Staff in Bekasi to manage quality management system documentation and oversee implementation across the organisation.

The role supports ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000 and related standards, helps with internal and external audits, and prepares regular reports on QMS progress. Minimum bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years’ experience and strong Excel/MS Office skills required.

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

• Maintain and distribute QMS documents across departments.

• Support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000 and other related standards used in the company
• Assist with internal and external audits and prepare the necessary documentation
• Compile periodic reports on the implementation of QMS

About you

• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experienced in supporting the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000 and other related standards
• Capable of assisting with internal and external audits and preparing the necessary documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
