Job summary

PT Askara Internal is seeking a detail-oriented QMS Staff in Bekasi to manage quality management system documentation and oversee implementation across the organisation.

The role supports ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000 and related standards, helps with internal and external audits, and prepares regular reports on QMS progress. Minimum bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years’ experience and strong Excel/MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute QMS documents across departments.
• Support ISO implementations across the organisation.
• Assist with internal and external audits and prep documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports on QMS implementation.
