Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a Quality Management professional to lead and maintain the QMS in line with ISO standards. You will act as the Quality Management Representative, coordinating policy implementation across departments, developing SOPs, and ensuring robust documentation and training.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, close findings, and drive CAPA with a strong focus on continuous improvement and risk management. Bali-based candidates are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management or QA/QMS.
• Minimum 3 years implementing ISO-based QMS.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS principles.
• Experience as QMR or leading QMS implementations preferred.
• Experience coordinating internal/external audits and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with SOPs, document control, risk management, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Candidates in Bali preferred.

Job description

Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable ISO standards.

Act as the Quality Management Representative and coordinate the implementation of quality management policies and procedures.

Develop, review, and ensure effective implementation of SOPs, policies, work instructions, and quality documentation.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit findings.

Monitor compliance with QMS requirements across departments and business units.

Identify quality risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, and develop appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct regular quality reviews and management reporting on QMS performance and improvement initiatives.

Facilitate quality awareness and ISO-related training for employees and relevant stakeholders.

Support departments in identifying process improvements and maintaining consistent operational standards.

Ensure proper control, maintenance, and availability of quality-related documents and records.

Coordinate with management and relevant departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay updated on changes in applicable ISO standards, regulations, and quality management requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, QMS, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing or implementing ISO-based Quality Management Systems.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.

Experience as a Quality Management Representative (QMR) or leading QMS implementation is highly preferred.

Strong experience in internal and external audit coordination and follow-up.

Familiar with SOP development, document control, risk management, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and able to work effectively with multiple departments.

Relevant ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.

Candidates who are currently based in Bali are highly preferred.
