Job summary

PT Central Mega Kencana seeks a Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to strengthen our ISO 9001:2015 framework and document control. You will develop, review, and maintain policies, SOPs, and forms across departments.

You will coordinate internal audits, track corrective actions, and work with process owners to improve risks and controls while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. This role emphasizes precise record-keeping and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, and forms.
• Manage document control, including approval, distribution, version control, and filing.
• Support the implementation and improvement of ISO 9001:2015.
• Assist with internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Identify root causes and monitor corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments and maintain risk registers based on ISO 31000.
• Evaluate process and control effectiveness.
• Analyze data and present improvement recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with process owners and stakeholders across different departments.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company documents and information.
