Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Animal Nutrition, or related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience; experience in Animal Nutrition preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements, with hands‑on QMS experience.
• Excellent audit management and compliance knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with detail orientation.
• Effective organizational and documentation skills; report writing.
• Strong presentation skills and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Company's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards
• Align management systems with business objectives and customer expectations
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, conduct, and lead internal audits
• Ensure audit activities comply with ISO audit principles and requirements
• Maintain audit records and performance metrics
• Maintain and ensure ongoing compliance with certification statuses
• Liaise with certification bodies, customers, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Review, approve, distribute, revise, retain and archive documents
• Standardize document templates, numbering, and management practices
• Maintain QMS documentation and support new procedure implementations
