Job summary

ADM is seeking a QMS Assistant to maintain and monitor the Laboratory’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. The role supports inspection readiness and主管 audits, updates SOPs and QualityDocs, and coordinates with auditors and authorities.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Animal Nutrition, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong GMP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Animal Nutrition, or a related major.
• 1–2 years in quality management or audit-related roles preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements; experience with QMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the QMS across the laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal audits and maintain audit records.
• Coordinate with certifying bodies and regulators on quality matters.
• Review, approve, distribute, and archive documents per procedures.
• Support updating SOPs and QualityDocs and implement new procedures.
