Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior leader to steer the company-wide quality management system and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate ISO implementation, manage process governance, and lead audits to ensure compliance and sustained business value.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in QMS and regulatory adherence to advance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
• 6–8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in QMS, ISO implementation, and business process management.
• Knowledge of SIPOC, Value Chain, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Lean & Six Sigma, Kaizen, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

Lead and coordinate the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s quality management system, policies, standards, and guidelines in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic direction.

Ensure the integration and consistent implementation of management systems, including ISO, SMAP, OHS, and other applicable standards and regulations across all business units.

Manage business process governance, including process mapping, integration, effectiveness evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the planning and execution of internal audits, management reviews, external certification audits, and other management system evaluations.

Develop and facilitate improvement programs using appropriate methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, cost effectiveness, and organizational performance.

Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, quality assurance, audit findings, management system evaluation, and customer satisfaction measurement.

Ensure quality management and improvement initiatives deliver measurable business value and support the achievement of organizational objectives.

Lead and develop a culture of continuous improvement across the organization through effective collaboration, facilitation, and situational leadership

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.

6–8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Proven experience in Quality Management System (QMS), ISO implementation, business process management, and continuous improvement.

Proficient in Business Process Development, including SIPOC, Value Chain, and process mapping.

Knowledge and practical experience in Improvement Methodologies, such as Lean & Six Sigma, Kaizen, Design Thinking, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong understanding of management system standards, internal audits, management reviews, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Competent in Project Facilitation and Project Management.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement and organizational performance.

Effective Situational Leadership and strong change management capabilities.
