Job summary

CRTS Global LLC in Indonesia seeks an experienced HSE professional to support implementation and continual improvement of the local IMS aligned with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. You will oversee safety, environmental and quality controls across industrial operations.

Responsibilities include workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, training matrix upkeep, and coordination of contractor QHSE prequalification. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology or related discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HSE/HSEQ/QHSE experience in industrial or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management-system principles. Proficiency with audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and continual improvement of IMS aligned with ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Maintain QHSE presence via inspections, risk assessments and observations.
• Coordinate inductions, toolbox talks and training records.
• Lead or support investigations, root-cause analysis and CAPA actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety-committee requirements and documentation.
• Support contractor QHSE prequalification, onboarding and permit-to-work processes.
• Maintain QHSE trackers, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Promote safety culture and worker engagement across multicultural teams.
