Job summary

PT TÜV SÜD INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Lead Auditor to plan, conduct and close out client audits across QHSE management system certification schemes. You will prepare audit programs, coordinate with clients, and ensure rigorous evidence-based assessments in accordance with ISO 19011 and TÜV SÜD standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s or diploma in engineering/OHS/environmental science/chemistry, plus a Lead Auditor certification and at least five years of QHSE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or another relevant discipline
• Lead Auditor certification from an accredited international body is required
• Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• Experience planning, conducting and leading client audits in certification schemes

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and complete client audits across management system certification schemes.
• Prepare and submit audit programs and coordinate audit plans with clients.
• Conduct audits per ISO 19011 and applicable procedures.
• Collect evidence, evaluate conformity and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports with recommendations for certification decisions.
• Ensure audits cover relevant technical aspects with competent teams.
• Review and approve/reject reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Apply business improvement knowledge and provide value-added auditing.
• Monitor audit performance indicators like lead time and rejection rate.
