Job summary

Tunaskaryaindoswasta is seeking a Safety & Compliance Specialist to draft and implement safety policies aligned with local and international standards. You will lead risk assessments, develop control measures, and drive regulatory adherence across Batam operations.

You will organize safety training for staff, investigate incidents, prepare reports, and manage emergency response planning. The role also covers environmental management and waste controls to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting safety policies and procedures.

• Update Developing Safety Procedure : Drafting and implementing safety policies and procedures in alignment with local and international standards.
• Conducting Risk Assessments: Identifying workplace hazards and assessing the risks associated with various tasks and processes. Recommending control measures to mitigate risks
• Ensuring Compliance: Monitoring adherence to local safety regulations and standards. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure workplace safety
• Training and Awareness: Organizing safety training sessions for employees and management. Promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within the organization
• Accident Investigation: Investigating workplace incidents to determine the root cause. Preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Emergency Preparedness: Developing and implementing emergency response plans. Conducting drills to prepare employees for fire, chemical spills, or other emergencies
