Job summary

Nabors is seeking an Administrator to support the QHSE Department in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. The role involves monthly data prep for HSE reports, gathering evidence for audits, and producing QHSE and ESG reports, plus CSMS data entry and permit management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QHSE in relevant industry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monthly data preparation (BSD & Balikpapan) for HSE Performance Report to the clients.
• Collecting evidence and data for Audit Report before presenting to clients.
• Generating QHSE monthly report from QHSE Supervisor including ESG report.
• Data preparation for CSMS audit.
• Perform data entry for SOC card from field to Intelex.
• Handling and monitoring all environmental permits to ensure validity is up to date.
• Maintaining workshop supporting equipment certification validity up to date.
• Prepare and manage QHSE monthly meetings for employees.
• Prepare and manage Entry Permit requested by management or customer.
• Other duties and responsibilities as designated by supervisor.
