Job summary

PT Sentosa Cemerlang Niaga Abadi is seeking a Quality Control professional for a role in food manufacturing and meat processing. You will inspect raw materials, in-process and finished products, while monitoring temperature, weight, packaging, labeling and other quality parameters to ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a D3/S1 in Food Technology or related fields and prior QC experience in food/manufacturing; fresh graduates are welcome for junior

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOP and food safety fundamentals.
• Fresh graduates are welcome for junior positions.
• Understanding of incoming, in-process and finished product inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products
• Monitor quality parameters including temperature, weight, packaging, and labeling
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in production areas
• Identify and report non-conformities in materials and products
• Maintain records of QC inspection results
• Support traceability processes and investigations when quality issues occur
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA, and related departments to address non-conformities
