Job summary

PT. DELTA JAYA MAS is a hose, rubber, and plastic manufacturer that seeks a Quality Control leader to oversee QC across all production stages and ensure conformance with customer specs and international standards.

You will coordinate inspections, lead QC inspectors, and implement corrective actions while supporting audits and maintaining thorough documentation. A engineering degree with 3–5 years in QC in related industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control in hose, rubber, or plastic manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of hose production processes (extrusion, reinforcement, vulcanization).
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and API Q1 standards.
• Ability to use testing and measuring instruments.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is a Quality Control leadership position in hose, rubber, or plastic manufacturing. You will coordinate and supervise quality control activities across all production stages, ensuring products meet customer specifications and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise quality control activities across all production stages (mixing, extrusion, braiding, vulcanization)
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and international standards such as ISO 9001 & API Q1
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Monitor and evaluate hose testing
• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions
• Lead and develop QC inspectors
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance
• Prepare quality reports and maintain proper documentation

About you
