Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia in Cikarang is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to deliver line objectives by empowering teams and aligning production plans with safety and quality requirements. You will drive continuous improvement, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with NGMP while coordinating with production leadership and stakeholders.

• Ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and adherence to safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure Safe Working Environment and hygienic practices.
• Ensure Semi Finish and Finished Goods are manufactured per quality standards.
• Maintain NGMP-compliant site cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Drive production through operational reviews and standard routines for sustainable results.
• Organize and delegate tasks, assess team performance and engage stakeholders on the line.
• Communicate with line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions and reps on the line.

• Lead the Safety Culture and conditions for a Safe Working Environment. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures
• Ensure that Semi Finish Good and Finished Goods are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance).
• Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP)
• Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results.
• Organizing & delegating assignments to the team members, assessing and evaluating the work performance of the teams
• Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line)
