Prudential Syariah is seeking a QA Analyst to review underwriting cases for compliance, verify document accuracy, and identify process gaps. The role involves preparing monthly QA reports, presenting findings to leadership, and supporting facultative reinsurance administration.

Fresh graduates may apply, with a preference for those with QA/underwriting exposure. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, solid data skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• Fresh graduates welcome; underwriting/QA experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with large data volumes.
• Good communication and reporting skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct QA reviews for STP and non-STP underwriting cases to ensure compliance with guidelines and SOPs.
• Verify completeness, accuracy, and validity of application documents.
• Identify underwriting process gaps and document findings.
• Prepare and maintain monthly QA reports with findings analysis and trends.
• Present QA findings and recommendations to the Head of Department and stakeholders.
• Support facultative reinsurance administration for major and revival cases.
• Maintain and update facultative records and documentation for data accuracy.
