Job summary

Prudential Syariah is seeking a QA Analyst to review underwriting cases for compliance, verify document accuracy, and identify process gaps. The role involves preparing monthly QA reports, presenting findings to leadership, and supporting facultative reinsurance administration.

• Conduct QA reviews for STP and non-STP underwriting cases to ensure compliance with guidelines and SOPs.

• Present QA findings and recommendations to the Head of Department and stakeholders.
• Support facultative reinsurance administration for major and revival cases.

Job description

• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews for both STP and non-STP underwriting cases to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and SOPs.
• Verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of application documents and supporting requirements.
• Identify underwriting process gaps, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and document findings accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain monthly QA reports, including findings analysis and trend monitoring.
• Present QA findings and recommendations to the Head of Department and relevant stakeholders.
• Support facultative reinsurance administration for major and revival cases, including preparation of correspondence to reinsurers.
• Maintain and update facultative records, reports, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or quality assurance is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of life insurance underwriting processes and risk assessment principles.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large volumes of data and documentation.
• Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
