Job summary

Prudential Syariah is seeking an experienced underwriting specialist to support product delivery and lifecycle management. You will analyze product specifications, oversee policy provisions, and coordinate system readiness, training materials, and post-launch monitoring.

Collaboration with multiple departments and strong risk judgment are essential. The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation, clear communication, and confidentiality, with opportunities to influence new product introductions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major; insurance/medical/health background advantageous.
2–3 years of underwriting experience in Individual & Health, preferably in an insurance company.
Strong knowledge of Life Insurance industry and underwriting processes.
Good sense of risk selection.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate with multiple departments.
High integrity and confidentiality; conflict of interest aware.
Has good interpersonal, analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Has good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Adaptable to changes (regulation and function).

Responsibilities

Product analysis (product spec, policy provision, AU/PD update, training material, etc.).
Ensure system implementation to support product deliverables.
Monitoring testing on product enhancement.
Underwriting socialization on new product.
Manage issues related to Product Implementation.
Check and analyze SPAJ submissions after launch to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Manage issues occur after product launched.
Report on product and campaign related product.
