Job summary

Prudential Syariah in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter to assess and underwrite new applications by evaluating medical, financial, occupational, and lifestyle risks in line with SLAs.

You will coordinate with reinsurance for HNW and facultative cases, ensure proper case logging, monitoring, and closure in the system, and deliver clear decisions to customers and stakeholders while maintaining strong relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major; background in Insurance, Medical, or Health advantageous.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Underwriting Individual & Health.
• Understand Financial Underwriting & Facultative process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Majoring in Insurance, Medical, or Health background will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Underwriting Individual & Health, preferably in the insurance company.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate with multiple departments.
