Job summary

PT CINTA TULUS ALAM INDONESIA in Cibinong, Bogor, Jawa Barat is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to lead the Quality Assurance team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining product quality, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Warehouse to resolve issues; oversee audits (internal and external) and CAPA; implement HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000; develop QA staff; analyze

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000.
• Experience with audits, quality complaints, non-conformities and improvement projects.
• Proven leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily QA activities to ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor processes to ensure products meet quality specs from raw materials to finished goods.
• Implement and maintain quality systems (HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000).
• Conduct root-cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
• Manage internal, customer, and certification audits for ongoing compliance.
• Ensure sanitation and hygiene programs in production areas.
• Analyze quality data and provide improvement recommendations.
• Lead, train, and develop QA team members; collaborate across departments.
• Work with Production, R&D, Engineering, Warehouse to resolve quality issues.
