Job summary

PT CINTA TULUS ALAM INDONESIA seeks an experienced Finance Accounting professional to join our team in Cibinong, Bogor, Jawa Barat. This full-time role leads our finance activities to ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, and timely monthly closings in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Finance and Accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of Finance and Accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting and bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiar with accounting software and financial systems is an advantage.
Familiar with tax administration and financial documentation.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work accurately.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
Honest, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
