Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a QA Staff for our Cikarang operation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of QA experience, and strong RCA/CAPA capabilities. You will ensure quality standards, monitor suppliers, and drive continuous improvement.

Fluency in English is required. The candidate will plan quality rules, analyze data, and prepare quality reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA experience.
• Experience in RCA and CAPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define quality rules, standards, and requirements.
• Recommend improvements to quality components and processes.
• Manage internal process quality and data analysis.
• Monitor suppliers for quality compliance.
• Conduct RCA and implement CAPA.
• Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement.
