Job summary

PT Ecolab International Indonesia is seeking a QA/QC professional to perform material and product quality testing across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods at our Cikarang Citeureup facilities.

The role requires a Diploma or Chemistry degree with 1+ year QA/QC lab experience, proficiency in SAP QM, and knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, TPM and RCA tools, plus good English communication. Based in Indonesia, with plant assignments.

Qualifications

Diploma in Chemical Analysis or bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field with strong Chemistry component.
Able to work on Quality Management in SAP.
Having knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, good documentation practice, good laboratory practice, Halal Assurance System, TPM (kaizen, 5S, PQ Pillar).
Able to work using RCA tools.
Proactive and able to work under dynamic circumstances.
Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Perform all quality control testing activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Conduct batch checks, incoming goods inspections, and outgoing goods inspections.
Complete all quality records in accordance with standard specifications.
Handle customer complaints and report them to the Quality Team Leader.
Support the Quality Team Leader in preparing documents related to quality activities.
Prepare documents such as Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and other related documents.
