Job summary

PT ODG Indonesia is seeking a QA/QC Officer to oversee and implement the Quality Management System across sites in Indonesia. You will analyze field implementation, identify improvements, and promote QMS understanding among all employees.

The role includes conducting audits and delivering comprehensive QMS reports to ensure client and regulatory alignment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as QA/QC, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing QMS and standards (SNI, ISO)
• Ability to conduct audits and generate reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership of a QA/QC team
• Experience in data center projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the Quality Management System at sites.
• Analyse implementation and identify improvements or adjustments.
• Promote understanding of QMS among all employees and conduct audits.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on QMS performance and compliance.
• Lead QA/QC team to ensure adherence to standards and client requirements.
