Job summary

Hop Lun Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in garment QA to lead the QA team and instill a quality mindset across the plant.

You will develop and audit QA systems, oversee customer final inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive improvements. Fluent English is required; a local language is a plus. Diploma and strong leadership are essential.

Overview:

We are a global leader in ladies intimate wear manufacturing and design, seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

The role is to provide managerial leadership to the QA team, and a quality mindset to all employees in order to establish and implement QA systems and programs to ensure finished garments meet the quality expectations of the Plant's customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the QA system in accordance with the Group's standards. Implement Group-wide initiatives to enhance the QA system.
• Personally audit and hold direct team accountable for following the standard procedures set in the Group QA system
• Hold direct reports accountable for organizing and overseeing customer final inspections, and be personally involved if needed
• Hold direct reports accountable for auditing compliance to the metal-free inspection system and needle-control system
• Regularly review internal and customer quality reports, and identify quality trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with other functions to identify root causes to quality issues and provide support in developing solutions
• Define and communicate the concept of quality mindset and establish measurements for assessing quality mindset
• Create and lead Plant-wide quality mindset programs and track performance against defined metrics
• Provide the necessary technical/functional training to continually upgrade the skill-level of QA.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in the same position and related field for minimum 5 years
• Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
• Fluent spoken and written English, able to speak local language is a must
• Computer literate and capable of displaying the data well
• Good Intellectual, Leadership, problem analysis & problem solving, communication & presentation, and decision making.
• Strong ability to multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents, and maintain exceptional organizational skills.
• Master about Quality Management System in Garment Industry, Know about tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality principal
• Having experience with ladies' intimates, bonding product, sport & active wear would be an advantage
