Job summary

PT. Pan Brothers Tbk and Group is seeking a seasoned quality leader for its garment manufacturing operations in Indonesia. The role requires deep knowledge of quality systems, strong leadership, and the ability to drive improvements across the factory from incoming material to finished garments.

You will coordinate with buyers and suppliers, develop sewing techniques, and guide the QC department to uphold high standards. Fluent English and a proactive, data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing quality control.
• Technical knowledge of product and materials quality.
• Strong process understanding from IMQC to finish-good warehouse.
• Willing to work long hours if necessary; no clock watchers.
• Excellent analytical thinking, innovation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Set up and implement the entire quality system.
• Define quality objectives and manage quality performance.
• Consolidate information from other departments and guide quality awareness.
• Measure factory quality performance on a regular basis.
• Communicate with buyers and suppliers on quality matters.
• Measure supplier performance for marketing strategy.
• Guide QC Department to maintain the quality processes.
• Involve in development of sewing technique.
• Involves in factory evaluation process from customers or buyers.
• Provide regular quality reports for management review.
• Anticipates problems from incoming material to finished garments, including testing requirements.

Experienced the same field minimum 5 years in Manufacture Garment Industry

Technical knowledge of the products is a must.

Strong process understanding from IMQC to finish-good wear house.

Ready to work long hours if necessarily (No clock watchers)
