Job summary

PT WIK Far East Batam, a German company that manufactures Home Appliances products in Batam, seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to supervise IQC/SPC/OQC activities and ensure ISO compliance across the molding and die casting processes. You will drive audits, continuous improvement, and supplier/client quality initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in QA leadership, ISO 22000/GMP/9001/14001 familiarity, and strong English plus MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years’ QA Manager experience.
• Certified in ISO 22000, GMP, ISO 9001 & 14001.
• Strong in 8D methodology and QC7 tools.
• Fluent in English; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IQC/SPC/OQC team activities and monitor quality performance.
• Maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 systems and audits.
• Develop and review test plans; train inspectors.
• Lead 8D investigations for customer complaints.
• Support continuous improvement and 6S in QA.
