Based in Indonesia, you will oversee test planning, execution, and reporting, while fostering quality culture and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• SDLC and STLC knowledge required.
• Ability to grasp product knowledge quickly.
• Experience with JIRA and Xray for test management.
• Ability to write comprehensive bug reports.
• Develop test cases and automation scripts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance and conduct appraisals.
• Model professionalism in testing ethics and soft skills.
• Manage priority tasks for each QA.
• Reproduce issues to validate them.
• Run functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
• Analyze and report QA results and bugs.

Job Description

• Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals/mentoring/coaching
• Provide a good example in terms of testing, ethics, and soft skills to subordinates
• Manage priority taks for each QA
• Reproduce potential issue from another stakeholder to validate the issue is valid or not
• Run Functional, Integration, Regression and Performance Testing.
• Analyze and report QA testing results/bugs.
• Create End User's/Product manual and documentation.
• Build automation test script.
• Collating project status and updating reports
• Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team.
• Overall status monitoring of various testing requirements.
• Improve team process.
