Job summary

Polygroup in Kendal, Central Java, is seeking a PVC production supervisor to lead extrusion and molding operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. The role requires hands-on leadership in a busy plastics facility and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering degree and several years of PVC production experience, including supervisory responsibilities, with proficiency in TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in plastic/PVC production and 1 years in supervisory role.
• Familiar with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
