Job summary

PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking an experienced PVC Production Manager to lead our Kendal facility's day-to-day operations on-site.

You will manage production planning, scheduling, and a team to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant manufacturing with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of PVC production or related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily PVC production operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimise resources.
• Monitor production metrics and quality standards; address deviations promptly.
• Manage production planning to minimise downtime and maximise output capacity.
• Supervise and lead the production team with guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate raw material availability.
• Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and analyse production reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance and logistics for seamless operations.
