Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Solar PV electrical design and project execution.
- Proven experience with Medium Voltage (MV) systems and grid interconnection.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and approve electrical designs, SLDs, and interconnection schemes for Rooftop, Ground-Mounted, and Floating PV + BESS systems.
- Manage MV system integration, ensuring proper equipment selection and grid compliance.
- Perform cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and short-circuit/protection coordination studies.
- Liaise with local utilities and grid operators regarding interconnection requirements and approvals.
- Conduct technical reviews of EPC contractor submittals to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Support the site execution team during installation, testing, and commissioning phases of the electrical scope.
