Adecco Portugal, in partnership with a Thailand-based clean energy tech leader, is hiring a Project Engineer for West Jakarta. You will manage end-to-end EV charging and solar PV projects from planning to commissioning, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in project or electrical engineering, and strong HV/MV system experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering or electrical engineering roles.
• Strong background in HV/MV electrical systems.
• Experience in on-grid and/or off-grid Solar PV projects.
• General understanding of civil works and project execution.
• Commercially driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work effectively with technical and commercial teams.

Adecco is partnering with a leading Thailand-based clean energy technology company for EV Charging Infrastructure, Solar Power Systems (PV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Energy Management Platforms (EMP) company in West Jakarta area to hire a Project Engineer.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end EV Charging (EVC) station projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning through commissioning.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
• Oversee QA/QC, HSE compliance, project documentation, and regulatory requirements while ensuring adherence to company standards and industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
