PT EZMedicom, a shared procurement hub within Daewoong Indonesia Group, invites you to join as a Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory professional. You will drive sourcing, price management, and supplier partnerships to optimize cost and quality across subsidiaries.

Role requires collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, and regulatory teams, with opportunities to visit Korea HQ for top talents. This position is based in Cikarang, West Java, with a focus on English communication and

Qualificações

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience: Purchasing work experience with understanding of purchasing operations scope.
English communication: Must be able to communicate clearly in English (speaking and writing).
MS Office: Intermediate or higher.
Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.

Responsabilidades

Sourcing products and managing prices; reorganize distribution structures by contacting vendors and suppliers.
Price management through market price research.
Negotiate with vendors; identify product trends and procure competitively.
Establish and negotiate procurement strategies to improve profits.
Coordinate communication between departments and suppliers (internal & external).
Data management and analysis to support strategy and performance evaluation.

Your role in this Journey:

Product sourcing and price management:
- Identify and reorganize distribution structures by contacting & sourcing vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Price management work through market price research
- Substitute product suggestions and sourcing (identifying product trends)
- Conduct activities to secure price competitiveness and improve profits by product/partner
- Quantity integration and bidding
Discovering and nurturing new partners (vendors, suppliers, logistics partners)
Activities to improve profits through establishing and negotiating operational purchasing/procurement strategies
Communication and work coordination between related departments and suppliers (internal & external)
Data management and analysis:
- Establishment of strategy through DB analysis
- Performance management through profit and loss analysis per purchasing item category
