Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience: Purchasing work experience with understanding of purchasing operations scope.
• English communication: Must be able to communicate clearly in English (speaking and writing).
• MS Office: Intermediate or higher.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing products and managing prices; reorganize distribution structures by contacting vendors and suppliers.
• Price management through market price research.
• Negotiate with vendors; identify product trends and procure competitively.
• Establish and negotiate procurement strategies to improve profits.
• Coordinate communication between departments and suppliers (internal & external).
• Data management and analysis to support strategy and performance evaluation.
