Job summary

Deep Roots Dive and Yoga Resort is seeking a Purchasing Staff to oversee purchasing and accounts payable activities within our Bali resort. You will research, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers, compare prices, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective purchasing to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, monitoring stock, verifying documents, and preparing cost analysis reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years in accounting, accounts payable or purchasing.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Purchasing Staff manages purchasing and accounts payable activities for Deep Roots Dive and Yoga Resort. The role involves researching, evaluating, and coordinating with suppliers, comparing prices, negotiating terms, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing. The Purchasing Staff tracks orders, monitors stock levels, verifies purchasing documents, processes accounts payable and payment disbursements, maintains accurate records, and prepares purchasing and cost analysis reports to support daily accounting and operational requirements.
