Job summary

Deep Roots Dive and Yoga Resort is seeking a Purchasing Staff to oversee purchasing and accounts payable activities within our Bali resort. You will research, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers, compare prices, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective purchasing to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, monitoring stock, verifying documents, and preparing cost analysis reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years in accounting, accounts payable or purchasing.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and accounts payable activities
• Research, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers
• Compare prices, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments
• Verify and maintain purchasing documents and invoices
• Process accounts payable and payment disbursements
• Maintain accurate purchasing and financial records
