Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Purchasing Staff for a Karawang-based manufacturing client. You will process POs, source vendors, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure smooth production.

You will analyze spend, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Finance while maintaining accurate ERP data. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in purchasing are required, with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience in cable manufacturing.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Purchase Orders per procurement procedures.
• Source and evaluate new vendors for raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.
• Maintain and develop relationships with vendors; conduct vendor performance reviews.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Monitor order status and follow up to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Finance on goods receipt and payment processing.
• Input and maintain purchasing data in the ERP system.
• Prepare purchasing reports, spend analysis, and vendor performance summaries.
• Monitor steel/metal price movements and report to supervisor.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with SOPs, ISO standards, and audits.
• Other tasks as assigned
