Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks a Finance, Accounting & Cost Assistant Manager for a Japanese manufacturer in Karawang. You will oversee finance, accounting, tax and cost accounting related to IT projects, ensuring accurate records and compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX monitoring, variance analysis, and cost optimization. You will lead the Finance/Accounting team and collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, accounting, and tax to maintain strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Minimum 2 years in Finance, Accounting, Tax at Assistant Manager level in manufacturing.
Tax brevet A & B certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, Transfer Pricing and OECD guidelines.
English proficiency for internal and external communications; Japanese is a plus.

Oversee Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Cost Accounting activities related to IT projects and ensure accurate, compliant financial records.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX monitoring, and cost control with variance analysis.
Review IT expenditures and investments, providing financial insights to management.
Lead and develop the Finance/Accounting team and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and others.
Support internal/external audits, month-end/year-end closing, and financial controls.
