Job summary

Vision Ease Asia is seeking a highly capable Supply Chain professional to lead end-to-end SCM operations in our manufacturing environment. The role reports to top management and focuses on reliability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.

You will oversee Customer Service, PPIC, Purchasing, EXIM, and Warehouse, coordinating across functions to support production and on-time delivery to customers. Strong English and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years in supply chain with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with ERP systems and bonded-zone import/export.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor SCM KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, customs officer and global stakeholders.
• Lead supply chain operations for smooth production and on-time delivery.
• Plan production and manage inventory, monitor DIO/MOS, minimize aging stock.
• Ensure raw material availability and prevent supply disruption.
• Oversee export-import activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure warehouse accuracy and alignment with system data.
• Improve cost efficiency through supplier evaluation and negotiation.
• Develop team capability and lead performance management across SCM.
• Ensure ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB compliance.

We are seeking a highly capable Supply Chain professional to lead and manage end-to-end SCM operations in our manufacturing environment. This role reports directly to top management and plays a critical role in ensuring supply chain reliability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.

You will oversee Customer Service, PPIC, Purchasing, EXIM, and Warehouse, ensuring strong coordination across all functions to support production and on-time delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor SCM KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, customs officer and global supply chain stakeholders
• Lead overall supply chain operations to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery (DOT)
• Manage production planning and inventory control, including monitoring DIO/MOS and minimizing aging stock
• Ensure raw material availability and prevent supply disruption across all production lines
• Oversee export-import activities and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
• Ensure warehouse operations are accurate, well-controlled, and aligned with system data
• Drive cost efficiency through supplier evaluation, selection, and negotiation
• Develop team capability and lead performance management across SCM functions
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain managerial role
• Strong understanding of production planning, forecasting, strategic sourcing, and inventory management
• Familiar with export-import processes and customs regulations in bonded zone
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, integrity, decision-making, and negotiation skills
