Job summary

COTG INDONESIA (7COSIA) seeks an experienced procurement professional in Tangerang, Indonesia to develop a strong local supplier network, plan and execute procurement to ensure material availability, and manage RFQs, negotiations, and contracts. You will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain operations and support new product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including 3 years in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's procurement market and supplier network.
• Experience sourcing food ingredients, packaging materials, and production equipment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian food regulations and supply chain management.
• Experience in import procurement and customs clearance.
• Established supplier network across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong network of local suppliers in Indonesia, including supplier evaluation and performance management.
• Plan and execute procurement activities based on production requirements to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage sourcing processes, including RFQs, supplier negotiations, price comparisons, contract management, and purchase orders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and replacements.
• Drive procurement cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, market analysis, and supplier negotiations.
• Collaborate with Production, PMC, Warehouse, QA, R&D, and Finance to ensure uninterrupted operations and support new product development.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, Indonesian regulations, and procurement ethics.
• Prepare and analyze procurement KPIs, including supplier performance, procurement costs, inventory, on-time delivery (OTD), and cost savings.

Job description

• Develop and manage a strong network of local suppliers in Indonesia, including supplier evaluation and performance management. 在印度尼西亚开发并维护稳定的本地供应商网络，包括供应商评估及绩效管理。
