Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, education, or related field is required
• Proven experience in public speaking and presentation skills
• 5–7 years of experience in training or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt to different learning styles
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Empathy and patience when working with individuals at various skill levels

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions on public speaking
• Develop and adapt training materials
