Job summary

Talent Insider in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to explain regulatory developments and to develop and implement compliance strategies for our clients. You will translate complex rules into practical training materials and conduct engaging sessions on governance and risk management.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in risk compliance within regulated environments, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong skills in e-learning platforms, content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in Risk Compliance and Governance roles, preferably within a regulated industry
• Minimum experience of 5–7 years
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, content development, and instructional design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions
