Job summary

XTB Indonesia is seeking an experienced Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead the PR and corporate communications function. You will own the communications strategy, drive execution, manage external agencies, and ensure alignment with XTB’s global brand while resonating with Indonesian stakeholders.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong relationships with media and executives.

You’ll be the voice of XTB in Indonesia — building media relationships, strengthening brand credibility, managing reputation, and advising leadership on strategic communications.

This is a leadership role where you own the communications strategy, drive execution, manage external agencies, and ensure XTB’s messages resonate authentically with Indonesian stakeholders while maintaining global brand alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management
• Proven success developing communications strategies in Indonesia
• Established relationships with Indonesian media
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (excellent writing)
• Experience advising senior executives
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Nice-to-have:

• Fintech/financial services experience, multinational organization experience
