Xtb. Indonesia seeks an experienced Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead the PR and corporate communications function. You will be the voice of XTB in Indonesia—building media relationships, shaping brand credibility, and advising leadership on strategic communications.

This is a leadership role owning the communications strategy, driving execution, managing external agencies, and ensuring messages resonate with Indonesian stakeholders while aligning with global brand standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management
• Proven success developing communications strategies in Indonesia
• Established relationships with Indonesian media
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (excellent writing)
• Experience advising senior executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the annual PR/communications strategy, budget, and KPIs
• Build relationships with Indonesian media and create proactive media opportunities
• Lead press releases, announcements, and executive media preparation
• Manage corporate messaging consistency (external + internal)
• Handle reputation and crisis communications
• Oversee compliance and performance measurement
