Job summary

XTB Indonesia is seeking an experienced Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead the PR and corporate communications function. You will own the communications strategy, build media relationships, and advise senior leadership on strategic messaging.

In this leadership role, you will manage external agencies, ensure brand alignment with global standards, and drive measurable outcomes across Indonesia's stakeholder landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management.
• Proven success developing communications strategies in Indonesia.
• Established relationships with Indonesian media.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (excellent writing).
• Experience advising senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Build relationships with Indonesian media and create proactive media opportunities
• Lead press releases, announcements, and executive media preparation
